You can become a member of the corporation by doing the following:
- Completing an application form,
- Paying a fee as specified below,
- Participating in information sessions gathering, and
- Provide volunteer services when asked and appropriate.
- Single person – $10.00
- Family (3 max) – $25.00
- Nonprofit – $50.00
- Small Business – $75.00
- Corporation – $150.00
- Government – $200.00
Each member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted by the Board of Directors to a vote of the members.
Any action that is proper for a special meeting must be voted on at the special meeting.
Meetings of members shall be governed liberally by Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised (1990).
The annual meeting of the members shall be held December in each year, for the purpose of electing the directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. If the election of directors is not held on that day, the board of directors shall call a special meeting of the members as soon thereafter as is convenient. The meeting shall be held at the place specified in the annual meeting notice. It shall be held in Twin Cities East Metro area.
